Fields of Application
This system is primarily used for studying the physiological and pharmacological properties of various smooth muscle and skeletal muscle tissue samples, such as uterine muscle, vascular rings, vascular strips, muscles, muscle strips, trachea, and intestines. Tissue samples are immersed in a physiological buffer solution at 37°C to maintain their biological activity. Sensors measure the magnitude and changes in contraction and relaxation tension of the tissue samples. The base tank is designed with electrical stimulation ports for electrical stimulation of the specimens. Data is then collected and analyzed using a recording system to plot tension change curves. This system employs independent electrothermal temperature control for each channel, eliminating the need for an external circulating water bath. It boasts advantages such as a compact structure, simple operation, easy cleaning, and a compact appearance that saves experimental space.
